A heat press is required. A household iron will not provide consistent pressure or temperature.

Prepress the garment for 5–10 seconds. Press at 285°F for 20 seconds, allow the transfer to cool completely, peel, cover and repress for 10 seconds. Heat presses and garments vary, so test before a full run.
